Delivery fee: a standard flat rate of R95.00 per order, anywhere we deliver in South Africa — regardless of order size.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time: please allow 3–7 business days for delivery from dispatch, depending on your location.

Order tracking: you'll receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.
